    • Final sale or clearance items

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Include all tags, labels, and packaging

  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation

3. Return Process

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
