1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.

  • After Dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You may instead initiate a return after delivery if eligible.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligible Refunds: Refunds are available for products that are:

  • Non-Refundable Items: Customized, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for refunds.

  • Initiation: Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product to request a refund.

  • Inspection: Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

  • Processing Time: Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Mode of Refund: Refunds will be made via the original payment method used during the purchase.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping charges, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of products.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
